Jury's Motivation

A genuinely compelling link between the abstract language of Brâncuși's sculptural form and the feminine/feminist discourse of Mina Loy, forged under the metaphor of rebirth through a technique of polishing that, in these texts, becomes synonymous with revealing. The awareness of the body as a living form in an acute process of awakening is the project's provocative and moving stake. (Ștefania Mihalache, mentor)
